- All sales are final unless the bike is defective or damaged. If bike is defective or damaged when your receive it, you may return it to us within seven (7) business days of receiving your order, and we will either repair it or replace it for a new one.
- Please be sure your merchandise is in its original condition with original tags attached. Remember to include your original invoice or packing slip.
- Make sure you have a iRide4Me return number (ir4m#) prior to returning your merchandise to us. Customers can request an (ir4m#) via email (email@example.com).
- Please note that our original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
